Almost 2 years na rin ang nakalipas since I've graduated from college. Pero for the past 2 years na graduate na ako, always invited pa din ako na umattend ng CoE Night. Siguro dahil malaki ang naging part ko bilang isang SCoES officer (Society of Computer Engineering Students). I served the organization for 3 years, as Property Custodian (2005 - 2006), P.R.O. (2006 - 2007) and Secretary (2007 - 2008).
Iba ung feeling na mainvite ka and to witness the culminating activity of the organization for the present school year. I remember, first time kong umatend ng CoE Night nung third year ako, my first year as an officer. The theme for that year and the following year was the search for Mr. and Ms. CoE. During my last year, the team is RAMPA: Fashion Show Competition.
Naulit ang RAMPA sa CoE Night 2009 but to a different level, included na kasi ang swimwear competition. Present ako last year with Bennie, Tope, Archie and Ate Zet. And for this year, dance contest naman ang theme entitled COE's Best Dance Crew.
I would say, that was the best night I've attended so far because of the following resons:
1. First time na ginawa ang night sa newly established BulSU Activity Center
2. The food was great. Masarap talaga and nakakabusog.
3. Hindi boring ang contest that night which is COE's Best Dance Crew nga, pwedeng magcomment ang judges.
4. Nakakatawa talaga si Makata-tawanan, pride of TV5's Talentadong Pinoy
5. Uber laught trip with satnd up comedians from Libray Malate
Lastly, hindi ko makakalimutan ang Night na ito, dahil binigyan nila ako ng chance na maging isang inspirasyon sa mga CoE students. I am invited as an inspirational speaker. Nung una ayaw ko, nakakahiya kasi, pero my mother told me na isang magandang experience ito kaya tinanggap ko na.
Super saya, super enjoy at super sa kaba. Ito na siguro ang last CoE night na aatend ako, since wala na ako masyado kakilala sa mga incoming officers ng SCOES. Pero ganun pa man, im proud na COE graduate ako at may legacy na naiwan sa organization.
